Description

18th November 2020 – The same view changes

“..I do love how the same view changes from moment to moment

There are familiar outlines

But the colours, tones, light, transparency are forever shifting

I feel like I get to know it….experience it in a richer way as I keep showing up and looking

Within the healing of trauma there is so much reference to becoming the witness, learning to listen, to see with new eyes

The first principle of permaculture is to observe: its said when you buy land that you should observe it for a year; through all the seasons before you do anything with it

It’s a powerful thing to stop

And simply allow yourself to see …with ‘new eyes’

I like this. I feel a calmness in even thinking about it”
