Exhibition photos

This gallery contains 13 photos.

So my first solo exhibition is over and I’m delighted with the great feedback from all who came to look at my work. Thank you so much to everyone who helped out and supported me during the past few weeks, its really been an amazing experience!

After all the work leading up to the opening and the week of the exhibition I’m in a bit of a lull. So, I’ve been sorting through photos I took in the Exchange and have  included a few of them below.

All the prints that are seen in these photographs are for sale at  a range of sizes: from the ones seen in the photos down to A3’s. If you are interested in any of the prints please email me from the contact section of the website.

Create Inspire Transform

Dance. Draw. Create. Express. Process.

Be honest. Be brave. Be real. Be vulnerable. Be you.

Create. Inspire. Transform.

This is the first solo exhibition of recent works by Sinéad Cullen. The exhibition was inspired by a desire to bring the essence of movement and the embodied energy of dance into a traced visual expression, and to bring the honesty of this creative process to the public: bridging the divide between movement and ‘the finished piece’, and between the artists studio and the public realm.

In this creative process Sinéad explored subjects such exploratory sketches of a sculptural series exploring the connection between hands and hearts and emotional responses to current environmental issues. Original paintings from this series have been scanned using a cruse scanner and the final works on exhibition are limited edition, high quality, dibond mounted, smooth laminated, Lambda prints.

The exhibition opens on the 23rd August in Exchange Dublin, 1 Exchange Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 and runs until Monday 1st September. Opening hours for Exchange Dublin are noon to 10.30pm 7 days a week and entry is free. Check Exchange Dublin’s website for directions.
